Return Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with the products that you have purchased from Discount Vials; however, if you need to return an item, our return policy:

1. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. Please call toll free at 866-509-1834, or email us at returns@discountvials.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. All returns must be in original saleable condition. Please use care when packaging your returns to ensure the package arrives back to Discount Vials intact.
3. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip, noting the reason for the return. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

Please note: special orders, labels, and decorating services are non-refundable.
