Shipping & Returns
Over 99% of in-stock orders are shipped the same day they are placed.
All of our products are shipped from our centrally located warehouse in Madison, Wisconsin.
We calculate shipping costs based on size, weight, location of delivery and your requested speed of delivery. To determine the shipping rate for the items in your cart, select Proceed to Checkout (or click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page). Enter your State and Zip Code and the “Recalculate” button.
If you happen to be close to us in Madison, you’re more than welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse with prior arrangement.

Economy / Standard Shipping
This is usually the least expensive option, but it is also the slowest, and delivery time is not guaranteed. Economy/Standard shipping is a good choice when delivery time is not critical. Please understand that Economy/Standard shipping is not a good choice for time sensitive orders and shipping times may vary on seemingly similar orders.
When choosing Economy/Standard shipping, orders may be shipped via UPS SurePost or Fedex SmartPost. SurePost/SmartPost packages may take several extra days for final delivery and will be delivered by USPS. Addresses must be able to receive mail deliveries from USPS in order to use Economy/Standard shipping. Economy/Standard shipping is available to PO Boxes. Economy/Standard shipping is only available in the 48 continental United States.
Please note: We are only able to offer free economy shipping to the 48 continental United States.
UPS Ground services offer date defined delivery and real-time tracking via the Fedex website. Transit times vary between 1 day in the Central Midwest and 4 business days to Florida or the West Coast. UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday.

USPS Priority Mail
Priority Mail is available to all US Postal addresses including Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and Possessions, and APO/FPO addresses. Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2-3 days, though no delivery time is guaranteed and real-time tracking is limited.
Expedited shipping services are available, however some limitations may apply. In stock expedited orders received prior to 4pm Central Standard Time (CST) will ship that day. Expedited orders received after 4pm CST may not ship until the following business day. Please include a valid phone number with any expedited shipment orders to ensure we can contact your concerning your order.
UPS 3 Day Select
3 Day Saver is a guaranteed 3 business day delivery service. The 3 days does not include weekends or holidays, nor are any deliveries made on those days.
UPS 2-Day Air
UPS 2-Day Air is a guaranteed 2 business day delivery service. The 2 days do not include weekends or holidays, nor are any deliveries made on those days.
UPS Next Day
These packages will be delivered the next business day by 3pm. Deliveries are not made on weekends or holidays.
USPS Express Mail
Express Mail from USPS is a 1-2 day guaranteed delivery. This option is available to all US addresses including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, APO-FPO, and all US territories.
International shipping is available through USPS and UPS to many countries. Delivery times vary and are often dependent on customs clearance. This sometimes adds significant time and is beyond the control of Discount Vials. All customs charges, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us with any questions before ordering.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, get in touch. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Did something break in transit or are you missing any part of your order? All claims for damages or shortages must be made within 5 business days of delivery. You can do that easily by phone, email or through the form on our Contact Us page.
We accept merchandise returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused
- Items must be in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Clearance Items and Special Order items may not be returned
- All returns are subject to approval, please contact Customer Service before returning any merchandise.
Once the conditions above are met, repack your items and use your preferred carrier to ship the package back to us. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees incurred. Upon receipt and inspection of the product we will issue a credit less actual outbound shipping charges. If these conditions are not met, credit issued to the customer may be reduced to cover damages, shortages or lack of resalability. Any returns beyond 30 days will be in the form of store credit. Any product returned after 30 days is subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. No products will be accepted for return after 90 days from sale date. Special order and customized products are non-returnable.
Please note: Orders that originally shipped under our Free Shipping program will have the outbound shipping charges subtracted from any refunds that may be due.
